The UN Human Rights Council website includes a section on the complaint procedure, which includes a list of situations referred to the Council since the complaint procedures was adopted in 2006.

NGOs are encouraged to use the complaint procedure form for submitting communications to the Council.

Chapter V of the UN Handbook for Civil Society covers the mechanisms and mandates of the Human Rights Council, including the complaint procedure.
