New Women's Web Portal Launched in Mid-January

A new women's web portal, EKVIVA, was launched in mid-January by the "Women and Media" program of B.a.B.e. It targets women's issues relevant to the media in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. It will connect activists and reporters in the region in an effort to create non-stereotypical online media.

The B.a.B.e. program has been in operation for over ten years and has monitored the portrayal of women in the media, including in advertising campaigns.
