Report on Roma Women in Serbia
The report documents the plight of Roma women in Serbia. Internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Serbia from Kosovo and Western European countries, such as Germany, face especially difficult circumstances.
Among the major issues addressed by the report are: violence against women; barriers to education for Roma women and girls; discrimination in employment and low levels of employment; and the poor health situation of many Roma women.
