Domestic Violence a Pervasive Problem according to

In a keynote address at the Support Services for Women Victims of Domestic Violence, Thomas Hammarberg, Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe, stated that services for domestic violence need to be improved. He referenced hearing government officials deny the existence of domestic violence.
