The Lebanese non-profit
Kafa (enough) Violence & Exploitation introduced its legal reform campaign within the context of the AFKAR II Project. At their conference on March 5, 2008, Kafa screened a new 30 second television spot on domestic violence. A study was presented on domestic violence homicides cases within the Lebanese court system. The proposed law, based on the need shown in the study, was also presented.
Silent Witness silhouettes of women killed in family violence incidents accompanied the presentations.
