Ukraine: Council of Europe supports efforts to combat Violence Against Women

The Council of Europe granted funding to Ukrainian civil society organizations working to combat violence against women, aiming to strengthen efforts amid the ongoing conflict. The grants were used to support projects focused on providing essential services for survivors, raising awareness, and advocating for better protection policies. The aim is to build a stronger framework for addressing violence against women in Ukraine by empowering local organizations.
